We leverage dynamic programs in mentorship, leadership development, and job readiness to empower opportunity youth to overcome obstacles, re-engage with learning, and build confidence for long-term success. We focus on families with youth who have high needs, are justice-involved, those at risk of justice involvement, disengaged from school, or in need of dynamic mentorship. By addressing the whole family, we reduce absenteeism and increase opportunities through personal and leadership development, job readiness, and access to community resources, ensuring youth gain confidence and stability for long-term success.
